Satisfaction Guarantee: Your Bridal Trial is guaranteed to satisfy your bridal beauty expectations! If you are not fully satisfied with your bridal look at the time of your trial, you will receive another bridal trial for free so that we have your look perfected before the big day.
Re-Trial: If you are satisfied with your look, but feel you may want to try another look, you can book a re-trial if you want to experiment with another color palette or style for just $45.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please contact Chanelle as soon as possible if you need to reschedule; deposits are not refunded for cancellations.
Deposits: A 20% deposit ensures that your date is secured, which is redeemable during your event. All deposits are non-refundable due to the high volume of appointments; thank you for your understanding.
Product Discounts: During your makeup appointment, you can save 10% off of certain cosmetic products! Get the products you love for less! Just ask and you shall receive!
Package Discounts: Please note that a package deal cannot be combined with additional discount offers, as the package deals are already marked at their lowest price.
Assistant Artists: In the event that Chanelle is unable to fully complete the job in time, an assistant artist may be needed. All the assistant artists have been hand selected, professionally trained and have passed Chanelle's quality standards. If additional artistry is needed, you may be charged an additional $25 per hour for the extra artist.
